Bangladesh Bird Flu Cull Passes 10,000 This Year

Around 8,500 birds were culled last month with a further 2,000 already this month, due to Bird Flu across Bangladesh. Bird Flu resurfaced in December last year where again 10,000 birds were culled, however the worst is now thought to be over as the winter draws to a close. Last year Bangladesh culled over 1.5 million birds due to a winter long Bird Flu problem that effected almost half of Bangladesh’s poultry farms.
